Welcome, Mama, to this sacred 6-week journey to yourself. A space to tend to and listen to the guidance of your center, your womb space, pelvic bowl, your “second heart”.
As women, we hold grief, joy, and all of creation in our center. As mothers, we carry the weight of the world in our pelvic bowl. It was once said by Don Elijio, a Guatemala-born Mayan Belizean traditional healer, that “A woman is only as aligned in her life as her uterus is in her pelvis.” Our center is our place of inspiration from which we mother, make decisions, tend to our life’s work and show up in the world.
Many of us have lost connection with this life giving portal and in doing so have also lost touch with our essence, our life’s purpose, our divine feminine.
In this intimate healing container we will:
explore our physical bodies
break down the walls of shame that have been built up around women working together & our incredible human form
tend to wounded sisterhood through connection
release stagnation from our bodies & liberate our pelvic bowls
release old patterns and reclaim our divine truth
Immerse yourself into sacred movement, breath, meditation and ceremony.
Honor mother, connect with the elements & remember your ancestors.

Through song and prayer, movement and play, dancing, laughing, crying & feeling, we will heal & evolve in circle together.
All that is shared here is held in the hearts of the women present and in complete confidence.

What happens inside?
Opening Ceremony
We begin by venerating our lineage & the land, with a ceremony of celebration, song, dance and release.
Calling in great spirit, our guides & support, honoring mother and stepping into the sacred spiral of healing and deep connection we will journey through together.
You are worthy, sacred & all of you is welcome.
Pelvic Bowl Yoga & Sound Healing
A nourishing yoga workshop focused on aligning the pelvis, proper core engagement & functional movement. This flow is a moving meditation, guided by your breath and womb space.
The circle will close with a 45-minute full body meditation & heart centered Sound Healing session to invite deep rest & a cellular reset in the body.

Menarche Reclamation Ceremony
Your first bleed, or Menarche, is the first Rite of Passage you go through as a female. It is the initiation into womanhood. How you are honored & celebrated directly impacts the women you become.
Together, we will reclaim our Menarche and our power as women, honoring, celebrating, grieving, holding. Healing and witnessing one another as we re-cross the threshold of womanhood, tending to our inner child and igniting the divine fire within.
Guided Self Massage & Pelvic Bowl Clearing
An intimate circle of deep healing and exploration of your physical body and pelvic bowl. We will begin with an overview of the anatomy of our pelvis and move through a guided internal self-massage. This sacred circle will close with a pelvic bowl clearing meditation.
*Internal vaginal massage in a group setting. Option to cover up with a blanket.

Breathwork Journey & Closing of The Bones Ceremony
We begin this ceremony with a Transformational Breathwork Journey to release deeply rooted beliefs and emotions held within the subconscious mind and body.
Following, each woman receives a ‘Closing of the Bones’. A grounding tradition used all over the world in which a long piece of cloth is wrapped around each part of the body, like a strong, grounding embrace, starting at the head and moving all the way to the toes. This holding invites surrender to the gentle and nourishing embrace of those in the circle, the cloth itself & the prayerful/intention-filled energy of the closing.
Closing of the Bones is a ceremony- of closure. It is an honoring of you in your wholeness.

Full Moon Cocoa Ceremony
Closing Circle
Pray, Dance, Song and Full Integration of all that has been shared, shed & manifested throughout our time together. We will seal our intentions under the Full Moon with the support & energy of Sacred Cocoa. We will offer gratitude for the sisterhood we have created and celebrate our divine feminine with a fire ceremony.
May we move forward in grace, magnificence, love & light, aligned with nature and with compassion in our hearts.

Saturn Roblee
Founder of ReBearth Care & Co-Creator of The Nest NEK
I am a woman, a mother and a healer. I have lost and birthed life through the spirit portal of my womb and it is these experiences that started me on my own healing journey and ultimately on the path to supporting women through the sacred transitions of life.
I cherish the sacred and ceremonial parts of being. My wish is that all women feel honored and witnessed through each Rite of Passage, from Menarche to Menopause - that we may return to the laws of nature and the art of tending to women in these sacred times.
Outside of my practice I am often spending time in nature and community, dancing and traveling, tending to my garden & The Nest NEK- but mostly being a mama to my little one, Kai.

Brooke Berger
Brooke is a Yoga Teacher, Life Counselor who offers Oracle Card Readings & Sound Healing Sessions for groups or one on one. She is passionate about Herbalism & loves to assist people in connecting to their purpose in life. Her work as an Artisan includes making Wall Weavings, Pottery, Jewelry, Candles, Perfume Oils & much more. You can find her often at various Farmers Markets and also online.

Alison Aiken
Alison is a physical therapist, mother, and adventurer. She specializes in pelvic health and loves working with mothers both during and after pregnancy.
Alison blends together her trainings in Holistic Pelvic Care (TM), yoga therapy, and Craniosacral therapy with various forms of manual therapy to help guide bodies towards balance. She is a mother of two and enjoys all sorts of outdoor adventures with her crew along with indoor adventures of spinning wool, knitting, and sewing.

Eleanor, founder of Dive Intuit, has dedicated herself for over 20 years, to awakening human potential and working at the intersection of science and spirituality. As a hypnotherapist, breath and body worker, and psychedelic core energy coach, she is intent on helping people not only be and feel whole, healthy, and confident, but is passionate about supporting that reclamation with love and acceptance.
