The Nurtured Nest is a space, for mothers to slow down, connect to the present moment and support one another wherever we are on our parenting journey. Every circle is unique, tending to the hardships of raising children in our modern world, like loneliness, anxiety or feeling overwhelmed, while honoring the beauty, transformation and wonder of it all. We spend time listening to one another, practicing mindfulness and returning to our innate wisdom. Each circle invites fluidity and ceremony in a calm and playful environment.
IN-PERSON CIRCLE
A space to connect with other new mothers, rest, and find support in community. There will be soup, bread and beverages for nourishment.
Please arrive before 2pm.

Each circle is co-created & inspired by the energy of the group. We will breathe together, share how we are doing and connect on one of many topics of motherhood.
